TrayThere is only one thing better than breakfast in bed – breakfast in bed on a fancy, homemade tray! This project is perfect for adding a decorative touch to a simple tray, all the while using readily available and cost efficient supplies.

Supplies: 
Pre-cut burlap, available at Michael’s, Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, and Wal-Mart 

Picture Frames, 11” x 17” (4)

Grosgrain Ribbon,, 1” (10 Yds.)BurlapTray_2

Instructions:
Step 1 Cut four pieces of burlap in 12”x18” sections.

Step 2 Cut eight pieces of ribbon 45” long.

Step 3 Remove the backing from the frame.

Step 4 Place the burlap print side towards the glass of the frame.

Step 5 Center two pieces of ribbon across the back of the burlap and replace the backing of the frame.

Step 6 Tie the ends of the ribbon to create the handles.
